With a B.Tech in Textile Technology, Kamal is the co-founder of ISC. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he worked with Arihant Fabrics, Oswal Group. With more than 35 years of experience, Kamal focuses on product innovation and customer relations.
Rajiv Aggarwal
Rajeev is the co-founder of ISC. With his extensive experience and knowledge in machinery and raw material engineering, he focuses on R&D. He is responsible for production planning and tailoring products to match customer demands.
Saloni Goel
Saloni is an Economics honors Gold Medalist from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, and holds a MSc from the London School of Economics. Before joining the family business, she worked as a consultant in the London office of Strategy& (formerly Booz & Co.) and as a private equity investor with Norwest Venture Partners. At ISC, Saloni heads the relationships with multinational and OEM clients and drives the overall business expansion strategy.
